Where do I start?

Step 1:

Reaching out to us and setting up a time and date for a discussion about your plans and/or ideas is the best way to get started. An in-person meeting, virtual chat, or simple phone call is fine with us.

Step 2:

Next, we brainstorm! You tell us about your ideas and what you are looking for as well as your budget and when you want the final product by. Just be sure to bring along any materials, such as written notes or sketches, that would us to understand your vision.

Step 3:

From there, we will work on the project and once it is complete, we will contact you. You are also free to contact us to discuss the process of the project or ask any questions that you may have.

How long will it take?

The length will depend on the scope of the project. However, for a short animation, it will generally take between 5 to 12 weeks to complete.

Do you offer a free consulting session?

Yes. After setting up a time and date to discuss, we will go over everything together. There is no pressure to use our services!

How much will revisions cost?

We request an additional charge of 5 dollars for each revision that will be made to the final product. Revisions can be requested either after the completion of the project or during the early stages of the project.

How will the final product be delivered?

It is up to you whether you want the completed project to be delivered via digital means or if you would rather want a physical copy of it.

When and how do I pay?

We ask that you pay at least 50% of the full price before the work begins. The rest of the price can be paid once the project is complete and delivered.
